On departure day, please make sure to vacate your room by 10.00 am. On arrival day, your room will be ready for you at 2.00 pm.

For a binding reservation please make a deposit. The booking confirmation will inform you about the amount to deposit, about when to deposit and about our bank connection.

In case of cancellation of the booking, we are compelled to withhold the deposit. When canceling a fixed booking the Austrian Hotel apply (ÖHVB). For late arrival or early departure, the full price for the room will be charged. In case of cancellation 3 months before the arrival no additional costs will be charged. In case of cancellation 1 month before the arrival 50% of the agreed price will be charged. If you cancel within the one month period 80% of the agreed price will be charged.

Therefore we recommend that you to take out a travel insurance. The form can be requested on our website. (European Travel Insurance)

As means of payment we accept cash. For paying your hotel bill, we also accept your EC-card. Please make sure to check your card limit before your trip. (usually 1000,- Euro per week/card). Credit cards are not accepted.

All prices are per person/double room. For single occupancy we charge an extra of 15 Euro per person/day. Pets are allowed only in certain cases so please contact us for more information! (price per pet/day 10 Euro) Out of consideration for other guests, pets are not allowed in the dining area.

At Bed and Breakfast € 10 will be credited per adult / day.
